Darla has been instrumental in leading Langdon Prairie Health to achieve significant milestones, including securing the #1 ranking for patient outcome performance in a five-state region for the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) in 2022. She also played a critical role in migrating the
organization from paper charts to the Epic electronic health record system, implementing a comprehensive policy tracking system, and correcting deficiencies identified by the Office of Inspector General (OIG).
In her leadership role, Darla oversees key departments such as radiology, laboratory services, IT, and human resources, and has successfully onboarded multiple CEOs.
