Chief Financial Officer (CFO), FT -

Chief Financial Officer (CFO), FT - Directs the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community.

Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, real estate and insurance activities for the organization.

Directs the Business Office Manager and staff in providing and directing procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services.  Appraises the organization’s financial position and issues periodic financial and operating reports.  Analyzes, consolidates and directs all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports.

Directs and analyzes studies of general economic, business and financial conditions and their impact on the organization’s policies and operations.

The Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant must be willing and able to spend time at both the Langdon Clinic and the Walhalla Clinic (either 3 days at Langdon and 2 at Walhalla or 2 days at Langdon and 3 at Walhalla) and is responsible for providing quality primary health care including assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patient problems, physical examinations, emergency care, discharge and follow up planning, referrals and patient education to all patients of the community. Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants serve as Primary Health Care Providers with a focus on individualized care and see patients of all ages. Must be able to work both Family Medicine and ER as needed. Must be willing to share call (7 - 10 days per month) with the other providers.

Housekeeper, FT - The Langdon Prairie Health housekeeper provides a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors and staff by providing housekeeping services.  The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning tasks and maintaining patient rooms, exam rooms, offices, common areas, lobbies, restrooms, and any other areas in a sanitary manner that prevents the spread of infection and odors.  Required tasks may involve potential exposures to blood borne pathogens or other potential infectious materials or communicable illnesses/diseases.  Personal protective devices will be supplied by  LPH.

Endoscope Processor -

  • Receiving, cleaning and decontaminating used endoscopes
  • Performing manual cleaning and high-level disinfection of endoscopes following manufacturer’s guidelines
  • Inspecting and testing endoscopes for functionality and damage
  • Operating and maintaining equipment used in the cleaning and sterilization process, such as automatic endoscope reprocessors
  • Preparing and packaging endoscopes for sterilization
  • Documenting and maintaining records of the reprocessing cycle for each endoscope
  • Ensuring compliance with infection control standards and regulations
  • Communicating with clinical staff regarding the availability of endoscopes and any equipment issues
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives related to endoscope reprocessing
  • Managing inventory of endoscope reprocessing supplies

The required certifications are: You must be NREMT Paramedic; valid ND Driver’s License; AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification, ACLS certification and complete an Emergency Driving Course.
Responsible for delivery of emergency and non-emergency care. Must be competent in trauma and medical situations, both pre-hospital and in hospital. Will provide ALS level treatment and transport for the sick or injured. Pay depends upon experience.
