The LPH/Clinic housekeeper provides a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors and staff by providing housekeeping services. The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning tasks and maintaining patient rooms, exam rooms, offices, common areas, lobbies, restrooms, and any other areas in a sanitary manner that prevents the spread of infection and odors. Required tasks may involve potential exposures to blood borne pathogens or other potential infectious materials or communicable illnesses/diseases. Langdon Prairie Health & Clinics in Langdon, ND is looking to hire a Full-time Groundskeeper/General Maintenance Worker. This is a 40-hour week position, Monday-Friday, and shared call. Benefit Eligible and wage based on experience.
This position will perform work on the landscaping of the hospital and clinic grounds. Will be responsible for maintaining equipment and using tools for minor repairs and modifications. This individual should also possess skills to do minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. At least 2 years of experience in grounds keeping preferred but not required.

Langdon Ambulance Service is hiring a full-time or part-time Paramedic/Ambulance for the Langdon Ambulance Service to become a part of our community in Langdon, ND. Langdon Ambulance has a service area of about 850 square miles with approximately 200 calls per year.
  • EDUCATION: Current ND and NREMT - Paramedic license (or be able to obtain one)
  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years experience in Emergency Health Care with at least 2 years management/supervisory experience and 1 year current experience in area of specialty.
  • CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
    • NREMT-Paramedic - ND EMS License - Valid Driver's License
    • Paramedic I/C (Instructor/Coordinator certification)
    • ACLS Provider - PALS Provider - ACLS Instructor (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

EMTS (Flex positions) -

Langdon Prairie Health in Langdon, ND is looking to hire flex EMTS. The EMTS will be responsible for Langdon Ambulance Service calls and/or other projects as directed by the Ambulance Director. The required certifications are you must be a NDREMT or Intermediate; have a ND EMS license; valid ND Driver’s License; AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification and completed ND EVOC Course.
Responsible for delivery of emergency and non-emergency care. Must be competent in trauma and medical situations, both pre-hospital and in hospital. Will provide BLS level treatment and transport sick or injured. Must be able to take shared call for days, nights, and weekends. Pay depends upon experience.

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) -

Must have a current registered ND EMT license along with other current certifications and a current ND driver’s license. This is a benefited onsite position, and this person will report to the Ambulance Director and the CNO. This position will include call time, transfers, and some weekends. The EMT will respond to emergency calls to provide efficient and immediate care for the critically ill and injured, and to transport the patient to a medical facility.

Langdon Prairie Health in Langdon, ND is actively seeking to hire a Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner. This position would cover both our Langdon Clinic and Walhalla Clinic. Applicants must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice in the State of North Dakota or the ability to obtain one. This position will have a minimum of 7 to 10 days of call per month which includes one weekend. Candidates must be willing to practice in numerous disciplines: ER, Family Practice, and Hospitalist. Must have a current LCSW North Dakota licensure and a Master's Degree in Licensed Clinical Social Work.

The Clinical Social Worker participates as a member of the LPH healthcare team to provide mental health services and treatment in a clinic setting through in-person and telehealth visits.
