The Clinical Social Worker participates as a member of the LPH healthcare team to provide
mental health services and treatment in a clinic setting through in-person and telehealth visits. Services are
provided to adolescent and adult patients who are experiencing a wide array of emotional and behavioral issues.
Provide support to the community population and coordinate referrals as necessary.
